Limited Warranty
The products iRide Technologies offers are factory sealed and come with manufacturer warranties if any, lmited towards hardware functionality only, against defects in material and workmanship under normal use. In case of a warranty dispute the decision of the manufacturer or the dealer ( iRide Technologies or its appointed dealers ) will be final. Warranty offered for the different products is as follows unless specified otherwise on the product page or invoice, effective from the date of original purchase as mentioned on the invoice:
Complete Systems for commercial or development use are limited to a 30 day warranty. Products that have been modified, disassembled, abused, overclocked, burnt, used outside operating conditions, warranty seal broken/removed, incorrect/inadequate/faulty wiring etc. are not covered under warranty. Depending upon the item, iRide Technologies will service the product or will return the product to the manufacturer or vendor for repair or replacement, this process may take upto 60 days. When items returned to us as faulty are found to be working or when the warranty on the item has been void, a service or repair fee, the cost of shipping the item to and from the manufacturer for repair and the cost of shipping back to the customer will be charged to the customer. In cases where a system, component or subassembly has been damaged due to 'warranty void' condition and not hence covered under warranty, the same will be replaced/serviced on a chargeable basis. iRide Technologies does not sell refurbished Products. iRide Technologies is not responsible for any compatibility issues. Images on Site may not always represent the exact Product(s). iRide Technologies holds the right to change prices or discontinue Products at any time without prior notice in order to remain competitive. Any quotations given by iRide Technologies will be valid for the period stated on the quotation. Touchscreen Monitor Warranty : Monitors missing less than five (5) pixels per inch of usable screen space are not covered. All display products that are used in an application that requires continuous business and/or commercial operation are limited to a 3 month manufacturer warranty. Certain models may have a different warranty period or policy as specified on the product page.
Return Policy In the unlikely event that a customer receives a defective product the customer can return the product within 10 days of receiving such a product. iRide Technologies reserves the right to repair/replace the product at its descretion. iRide Technlogies will use every good measure to ensure that the item is repaired/replaced promptly with as little hassle as possible. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges and iRide Technologies will pay for the shipping back to the customer. Returned products must be undamaged, clean, and otherwise in new condition with all original materials i.e. original packaging, warranties and accessories, and must be accompanied by the original invoice. Products that have been modified, disassembled, abused, burnt etc. are not eligible for return. iRide Technologies reserves the right to reject the entire return or choose to impose additional charges against the customer in case of missing components originally included with the product for replacement of the missing component(s). All returns for non-defective reasons are subject to 15% restocking fee. Please note that the following products are not eligible for return :
All returns shipping must be prepaid, insured and bearing a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number on the shipping label. Please contact us via email to request for an RMA number. Any shipping charges incurred when returning product to iRide Technologies are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer. *iRide Technologies reserves the right to reject any return sent without a valid RMA number or proper packing. Refused Orders Refused shipments are subject to a 15% cancellation fee plus Shipping and Handling charges. Limitation of Liability In all circumstances iRide Technologies's maximum liability is limited to the price of the products sold. iRide Technologies shall not, under any circumstances, be liable upon a claim or action in contract, tort, indemnity or contribution, or other claims relating to the products it sells which exceeds this liability limit. iRide Technologies shall not be liable for third party claims for damages against the customer, for malfunction, delays, interruption of service, loss of business, loss or damage to exemplary damages, whether or not iRide Technologies is aprides of the possibility of such claims or damages. Governing Law and Jurisdiction Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or the sales transaction between iRide Technologies and Customer shall be subject to Mumbai jurisdiction and governed by the laws of the State of Maharashtra, without regard to its conflicts of law rules. Specifically, the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods shall not govern the validity, interpretation, and performance of this agreement. iRide Technologies and Customers consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of Mumbai, to resolve any dispute between them related hereto, and the parities waive all rights to contest this exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such Courts. Finally, the Customer also agrees not to bring any legal action, based upon any legal theory including contract, tort, equity or otherwise, against iRide Technologies that is more than one year after the date of the applicable invoice.
