Ordering Information

iRide Technologies offers customers easy purchasing through our online store. In addition to our online storefront, we offer business customers Corporate Account services, which include technical consultations, quotes, and volume (10+) pricing. For qualified customers, we accept Purchase Orders and offer Net Terms. Please note, our online storefront is currently configured for pricing in Indian Rupees and Shipping within India. Maharashtra Value Added Tax extra where applicable. Please register and login to view product pricing and order directly from our website.

International Customers, kindly request for a quote. VAT not applicable for international orders. Local Taxes and Custom Duty are not included in international shipping charges and will have to be bourne by the customer. International customers please check with us for product compliance as per your local/regional requirement before ordering.

Shipping

iRide Technologies ships worldwide. We use a reputed courier company and provide the tracking number along with the despatch conformation by email.

To estimate your shipping costs (in Rupees within India), please add the items you wish to buy to your shopping cart, click cart, and enter your zip code. Our calculator will generate an estimate for you. Cut-off time for shipping is 4 p.m. indian standard time.
In general, in-stock component orders will ship the same business day and built systems will ship in 3–5 full business days (larger orders may take longer).

For international shipping rates and transit times please contact Customer Service to request a rate quote.

Payment

All pricing information mentioned on our online storefront is in Indian Rupees. We offer customers the following payment options,

We currently do not accept credit cards and any payment through our website.
