By employing the Skytraq Venus 6 chipset, users will enjoy the fastest Time-To-First Fix and can begin navigation immediately. The Venus6T is a high-performance GPS chipset targeting mobile consumer and cellular handset applications. It offers very low power consumption, high sensitivity, and best in class signal acquisition and time-to-first-fix speed.

The RS-232 and TTL interfaces used by the PS-948 permit designers to integrate it across a wide range of platforms with relative ease. The waterproof, robust design plus the built-in magnet base mount allow users to mount their G-Mouse PS-948 anywhere, under all weather conditions. The high-sensitivity GPS receiver will pick up the weakest of signals, allowing you to place your G-Mouse PS-948 anywhere without compromise, and enabling you to begin navigation immediately with the very fast Time-To-First-Fix.
